& Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "par999" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at par999.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the par999 brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided by par999.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on par999 through which gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" means the entirety of par999's technology infrastructure, including website, mobile interfaces, APIs, and game integrations.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by par999.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via an accepted payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification via CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification as required by par999's compliance framework.

By accessing par999.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the par999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with par999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the par999 platform and close your account if one has been created.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between par999 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

To register and use par999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. par999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of par999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have a voluntarily imposed exclusion from gambling that would prohibit your participation.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or transacting on par999.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of par999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on par999 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your par999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.
• A valid, active email address accessible only by you.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for SMS verification and two-factor authentication.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

par999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. par999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your par999 account. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party under any circumstances. par999 staff will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify par999 support immediately at [email protected]. par999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

par999 implements the following security measures to protect player accounts:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and par999's servers.
• SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all registered players and mandatory for high-value withdrawals.
• Real-time geo-anomaly and device fingerprint monitoring to detect and flag suspicious login activity.
• Automatic session timeouts after periods of inactivity.

par999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, BTC, and ETH. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or, where applicable, the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to a player's account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. par999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. par999 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 2–6 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank bank transfers: 1–3 business days.
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20): typically within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• BTC and ETH: subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 1–4 hours.

par999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers par999's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring thresholds. Funds suspected of being proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

par999 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted, unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• par999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Wagers placed using Bonus Funds on certain game types (e.g., live blackjack, baccarat, or other low-margin games) may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions. Refer to the specific promotion page for applicable game contribution rates.

Any attempt by a player to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets placed on par999 are final once confirmed. par999 does not accept responsibility for errors made by a player when placing a bet, including but not limited to selection errors, stake input errors, or misunderstanding of odds format.

par999 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a conclusive result, in accordance with par999's specific sports betting rules.
• Void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction.
• Limit maximum stake amounts on any market or game at par999's discretion.
• Restrict or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional advantage play, arbitrage, or syndicate activity.

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. par999 does not and cannot manipulate the outcome of any casino game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available on each game's information page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on par999 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with par999's platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software errors, or incorrect odds for financial gain.
• Using par999's platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward par999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

par999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, forfeit all balances therein, and report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

All content on par999.app — including but not limited to the par999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of par999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use par999's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any par999 content.
• Use par999's branding or trademarks in any context without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any par999 software.

par999 is genuinely committed to player wellbeing and responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. The following tools are available to all par999 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via the account settings panel.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in any defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session interruptions after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your par999 account and be blocked from re-registering for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, par999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the par999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from technical failures beyond par999's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or displayed balances subsequently corrected pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.

par999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit par999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of par999's services, you must follow the dispute resolution process outlined below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Customer Support: Submit your complaint to par999's customer support team via live chat on-site or by email to [email protected]. Support is available 24/7 in Urdu and English. Please provide your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days of submission, you may request escalation to par999's Compliance Department by clearly stating "Formal Complaint Escalation" in your communication.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If a resolution cannot be reached through internal escalation, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by par999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request.

par999 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and in a timely manner. The average resolution time for standard complaints is 5–10 business days from the date of submission.

par999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, par999 will notify registered players by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the par999.app homepage for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the par999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using par999 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time amendments are made. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically.

par999 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by par999.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party problem gambling organisation acting on the player's behalf.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting par999 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
